We want you to love your Purposeful Progress Co journal. Because of the personal, undated nature of the product, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind so please check the product details, dimensions, and colourway carefully before ordering.

If your product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us at [email] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
